What a care plan covers
Every plan includes the work that keeps a site healthy, done on a schedule rather than when something has already gone wrong:
- Updates for WordPress core, themes, plugins and server software, tested on a staging copy before they reach the live site.
- Off-site backups daily or weekly, kept for 30 days, with a test restore every quarter. A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a backup.
- Uptime monitoring every few minutes, with an alert and a response when the site goes down.
- Security: SSL renewal checks, login protection, malware scans, and spam filtering on forms.
- A monthly change allowance for content edits, new sections, banner changes and small features.
- A short monthly report: what was updated, uptime, speed, and anything worth your attention.

Plans are month to month and can be stopped at any time. The site, the code and the hosting account remain yours.
What is included
Hosting, email and domain setup
If you are starting from nothing, or your current setup is a tangle of accounts nobody remembers the password to, everything can be set up cleanly in your name:
- Domain registration or transfer, and DNS set up correctly (including SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your emails don't land in spam).
- Hosting sized to your site: shared cPanel hosting for most sites, a VPS for heavier stores and platforms.
- SSL certificates that renew automatically.
- Business email on your domain, like info@yourcompany.ae, via your host or Google Workspace.
- CDN in front of the site for speed and protection.
Migrations and rescues
Moving host, moving platform or recovering a site after something went wrong are common one-off jobs. Migrations are done with a full backup first, a test on the new server before DNS changes, and a switch at a quiet time. Hacked or broken sites are cleaned, patched and restored from the last good state, then put on monitoring so it doesn't happen twice.
