A fixed scope, a fixed price, a launch date.
Prices are quoted per project after a short brief, because a five-page brochure site and a multi-vendor marketplace are not the same job. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and go-live.
Brief
You send what the site needs to do, who it is for, and any existing site or brand assets. Fifteen minutes of your time.
Proposal
You receive a scoped proposal with a fixed price and timeline within one business day. No hourly estimates.
Build
Design and development on a private staging URL. You review real pages, not slides, at each milestone.
Launch
DNS, SSL, redirects, sitemap, analytics and search console are all set up before go-live. Nothing left for you to configure.
Care
Full source code and admin access are handed over. Optional monthly care plan for updates, backups and changes.
The brief
Everything starts with a short written description. No call is required to get a price.
Use the form on the contact page or send an email. A useful brief answers five questions: what the site must do, who will use it, what it needs to include, what you already have (domain, hosting, brand assets, an existing site), and when you want it live.
Helpful to attach
- Your current website URL, if there is one
- Two or three sites you like and what you like about them
- Logo and brand colours, if they exist
- A list of pages or products, even rough
If something is unclear, you get one round of questions by email or WhatsApp before the proposal is written.
The proposal
A scoped document with a fixed price, a timeline and what is included.
PRICE fixed for the described scopeWithin one business day you receive a written proposal listing every page, feature and integration, the technology it will be built on, the milestones, and one total price. If the scope changes later, you get a written change note with its own price before any extra work starts. There is no hourly billing.
Payment terms
- 50% to start, 50% on launch for standard builds
- Milestone-based schedule for larger platforms
- Bank transfer or card; invoices issued for every payment
The build
Real pages on a private staging URL from the first week, not mock-ups you have to imagine.
The site is built on a password-protected staging address that you can open on your phone and laptop at any time. Each milestone ends with a short review: you comment, changes are made, and the next milestone begins. Content, images and product data are loaded as they arrive, so launch is not blocked by a last-minute content rush.
Typical milestones
- Structure and homepage design approved
- All page templates built and populated
- Integrations live on staging: payments, email, login, automations
- Performance and SEO pass: cache, CDN, schema, sitemap, redirects
- Final review and launch checklist signed off
The launch
Go-live is a checklist, not a hope.
Launch happens at a time you choose, usually outside your busiest hours. DNS, SSL, HTTPS redirects, the old-URL redirect map, the XML sitemap, analytics and Google Search Console are all configured before the switch, and the site is checked on real devices immediately after.
On launch day you receive
- Admin access and a short walkthrough of how to update content
- The full source code and database
- Hosting and domain accounts in your name, if they were set up for you
- A written handover document any future developer can follow
Care
Keep the site updated, backed up and monitored without thinking about it.
PRICE monthly, quoted with the proposalYou can run the site yourself after handover. Most clients choose the monthly care plan instead: updates are tested on a staging copy first, uptime is monitored, backups run off-site with tested restores, and a monthly allowance of content and layout changes is included. Anything urgent gets priority response.
The care plan is month to month and can be stopped at any time. The site stays yours either way.
